LISTENING HEARTS MINISTRIES holds a vision of the church as a community of faith, eager for God’s guidance, alert to signs of the Spirit and alive with the prayer of deep listening. For 20 years, Listening Hearts has provided a range of programs, publications and services that teach the practice of spiritual discernment through prayerful listening in supportive communities.

LISTENING HEARTS offers:
Retreats that focus on call, discernment, and community
Workshops help groups use discernment in their specific situations.
Discernment training that prepares groups to work together in discernment.
Training of Leaders that prepares participants to train others in discernment.

Listening Hearts enriches the discernment and decision-making process for:

Individuals, both Clergy and Laypeople
Groups including Vestries, Committees, Sessions, and Chapters

Listening Hearts Ministries seeks a part-time Marketing and Client Development Manager to promote its successful array of programs. Applicants must be spiritually grounded, organized, and self-motivated, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint desirable.
